H.F. 2151 Section 1. Section 331.389, subsection 3, paragraph a, Code 1 2020, is amended by striking the paragraph. 2 EXPLANATION 3 The inclusion of this explanation does not constitute agreement with 4 the explanation’s substance by the members of the general assembly. 5 This bill relates to mental health and disability services 6 regions. 7 Current law requires that three or more counties comprising 8 a mental health and disability services region be contiguous. 9 The bill strikes the requirement that the counties comprising a 10 mental health and disability services region be contiguous. 11 -1- LSB 5659YH (2) 88 as/rh 1/ 1
