There
is
appropriated

from
the
general
fund
of
the
state
to
the
department
of
justice

for
the
fiscal
year
beginning
July
1,
2018,
and
ending
June
30,

the
following
amount,
or
so
much
thereof
as
is
necessary,

to
be
used
for
the
purposes

moneys
appropriated
in
this
section
shall
be
used
to

a
grant
to
a
social
services
provider
that
establishes

a
statewide
crisis
call
center
for
the
victims
of
crime

throughout
the
state.
The
social
services
provider
shall
be

located
in
a
city
with
a
population
between
7,040
and
7,050

according
to
the
2010
decennial
census.

The
inclusion
of
this
explanation
does

agreement

This
bill
appropriates
$200,000
from
the
general
fund
of
the

state
to
the
department
of
justice
for
victim
assistance
grants

for
fiscal
year
2018-2019.

The
moneys
appropriated
in
the
bill
are
to
be
used
to

provide
a
grant
to
a
social
services
provider
that
establishes
21
a
statewide
crisis
call
center
for
the
victims
of
crime
22
throughout
the
state.
The
bill
requires
the
social
services
23
provider
to
be
located
in
a
city
with
a
population
between
24
7,040
and
7,050
according
to
the
2010
decennial
census.
