The
department
of
management,
in
consultation
with

departments
and
agencies
and
the
judicial
branch
listed

subsection
1,
shall
identify
and
implement
the
reductions

in
subsection
1
with
respect
to
the
appropriate
general
fund

appropriations.
Within
fifteen
days
of
the
effective
date
of
22
this
section,
the
department
of
management
shall
transmit
a
23
report
to
the
general
assembly
and
legislative
services
agency
24
listing
the
appropriation
reductions
applied.
25
3.
Notwithstanding
section
8.62,
the
departments
and
26
agencies
and
the
judicial
branch
reducing
expenditures
pursuant
27
to
subsection
1
may
use
moneys
received
for
training
and
28
technology
for
the
fiscal
year
beginning
July
1,
2016,
to
29
implement
such
reductions.
30
4.
In
order
to
implement
the
reductions
in
subsection
1,
31
the
departments
and
agencies
and
the
judicial
branch
may
adjust
32
allocations
made
from
appropriations
that
are
being
reduced.

5.
In
order
to
implement
the
reductions

the

Session,

federal
fiscal

amount,
$200,000
shall
be
used
for
provision

of
educational
opportunities
to
registered
child
care
home

providers
in
order
to
improve
services
and
programs
offered

by
this
category
of
providers
and
to
increase
the
number
of

providers.
The
department
may
contract
with
institutions

of
higher
education
or
child
care
resource
and
referral

centers
to
provide
the
educational
opportunities.
Allowable

administrative
costs
under
the
contracts
shall
not
exceed

percent.
The
application
for
a
grant
shall
not
exceed
two

pages
in
length.

REDUCTIONS.
For
the
fiscal
year
2016-2017,

bill
requires
the

management,

with
the
