of
sections
92.8
and
92.10
shall
not

apply
to
pupils
working
under
an
instructor
in
a
career
and

technical
education
department
in
a
school
district
or
under

an
instructor
in
a
career
and
technical
education
classroom
or
6
laboratory,
or
industrial
plant,
or
in
a
course
of
career
and
7
technical
education
approved
by
the
state
board
for
career
and
8
technical
education,
or
under
the
supervision
of
an
individual
9
approved
by
a
school
district
as
part
of
a
career
and
technical
10
education
course,
or
to
apprentices
provided
they
are
employed
11
under
all
of
the
following
conditions:

This
bill
provides
that
portions
of
Code
chapter
92,
the

state
child
labor
law,
relating
to
prohibited
occupations
17
for
persons
under
18
years
of
age
and
work
permits,
do
not
18
apply
to
pupils
working
under
the
supervision
of
an
individual
19
approved
by
a
school
district
as
part
of
a
career
and
technical
20
education
course.
