S.F. 2218 Section 1. Section 657A.10A, subsection 6, Code 2018, is 1 amended to read as follows: 2 6. Upon this 20 filing, the county treasurer enters a cancellation of the sale 21 of the property and refunds the purchase money to the tax sale 22 certificate holder. Under this bill, the county treasurer 23 instead cancels the sale and makes the refund when the title to 24 the property is awarded to the city.
