Beginning
July
1,
2019,
the
authority
and
duties
of
the

education,

education

board

education,
and

the
department
of
education
under
this
chapter

extent
feasible
be
transferred
to
the
appropriate

agency
where
such
special
education
services

are

provided.
Accordingly,
beginning
July
1,
2019,
all

the
