28E.2,
subsection
2,
Code
2018,
is

amended
to
read
as
follows:

bill
defines
a
public
agency
for
purposes
of
allowing

the
joint
exercise
of
governmental
powers
under
Code

28E
to
include
any
federally
recognized
Indian
tribe.
The

of
public
agency
in
Code
section
28E.2
is
also
made

applicable
to
Code

the
