section
shall
not

include
the
social
security
number
or
name
of
the
individual

of
the
data.

This
bill
relates
to
the
collection
and
use
of
health
data
by

the
department
of
public
health.
The
bill
amends
Code
section
12
135.166,
if
enacted
in
2017
Iowa
Acts,
House
File
393,
to
13
provide
that
in
addition
to
prohibiting
the
collection
of
the
14
social
security
number
of
the
individual
subject
of
the
data,
15
collection
of
the
name
of
such
individual
is
also
prohibited.
