1.
SQUIRREL
HUNTING
SEASON.
The
natural
resource

commission
shall
adopt
rules
pursuant
to
chapter
17A

establishing
an
open
season
to
hunt
fox
squirrels
and
gray

squirrels
from
the
first
Saturday
in
August
through
January
31

of
the
succeeding
year.

this

does

with

This
bill
requires
the
natural
resource
commission
to
