The
department
shall
develop
a
methodology
to

establish
child
care
assistance
program
provider
reimbursement

rates
for
children
receiving
care
in
get
well
centers
that
are
5
licensed
and
that
meet
the
requirements
of
441
IAC
109.14.
The
6
methodology
developed
by
the
department
shall
be
based
upon
the
7
actual
costs
of
providing
the
appropriate
level
of
care
to
meet
8
the
specialized
needs
of
such
children.

bill
