knowledge
about

or
filmed.

The
inclusion
of
this
explanation
does
not
constitute
agreement
with

the
members

the

This
bill
relates
to
the
criminal
offense
of
invasion
of

privacy.

The
bill
strikes,
as
an
element
of
the
offense,
the
11
requirement
that
the
victim
of
an
invasion
of
privacy
offense
12
does
not
have
knowledge
about
being
viewed,
photographed,
or
13
filmed,
while
in
a
state
of
full
or
partial
nudity,
and
with
a
14
reasonable
expectation
of
privacy.
15
A
person
who
commits
invasion
of
privacy
commits
an
16
aggravated
misdemeanor
and
is
required
to
register
as
a
sex
17
offender.
A
person
who
commits
invasion
of
privacy
is
also
18
subject
to
a
10-year
special
sentence
under
Code
section
19
903B.2.
