projects

by
such

demonstration
project

on
their
agricultural
land.

conduct
water
quality
evaluations

supported
subwatersheds.
Within
a
reasonable
period

after
accumulating
information
from
such
evaluations,
the

division
shall
create
an
aggregated
database
of
water
quality

practices.
Any
information
identifying
a
person
holding
a
25
legal
interest
in
agricultural
land
or
specific
agricultural
26
land
shall
be
a
confidential
record
under
section
22.7
.

4.
The
moneys
appropriated
in
subsection
1
shall
be
used

to
support
education
and
outreach
in
a
manner
that
encourages
29
persons
who
hold
a
legal
interest
in
agricultural
land
used
for
30
farming
to
implement
water
quality
practices,
including
the
31
establishment
of
such
practices
in
watersheds
generally,
and

not
limited
to
subwatersheds
or
high-priority
watersheds.

5.
The
moneys
appropriated
in
subsection

may
be
used

to
contract
with
persons
to
coordinate
the
implementation
of

to
DNR
to
