H.F. 245 Section 1. IOWA CULTURAL TRUST FUND. Notwithstanding 1 section 8.57E, subsection 2, there is appropriated from the 2 taxpayer trust fund created in section 8.57E to the office of 3 the treasurer of state for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 4 2016, and ending June 30, 2017, the following amount, or so 5 much thereof as is necessary, to supplement appropriations made 6 for the following designated purpose: 7 For administration of the Iowa cultural trust fund created 8 in section 303A.4: 9 . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $ 6,135,000 10 Sec. 2. EFFECTIVE DATE.
