MEMBERS.
The

department
of
human
services
shall
request
federal
approval
3
from
the
centers
for
Medicare
and
Medicaid
services
of
the
4
United
States
department
of
health
and
human
services
(CMS)
5
for
a
section
1115
demonstration
waiver
to
require
that
as
6
a
condition
of
eligibility,
Iowa
health
and
wellness
plan
7
members
participate
in
work
activity.
The
department
shall
8
report
receipt
of
such
approval
to
the
chairpersons
and
ranking
9
members
of
the
appropriations
committees
of
the
senate
and
10
house
of
representatives,
the
co-chairpersons
and
ranking
11
members
of
the
joint
appropriations
subcommittee
on
health
and
12
human
services,
and
the
legislative
services
agency.

bill
requires
the
