“Sports
car”
means
a
motor
vehicle

of
exceeding
one
hundred
thirty
miles
per
hour
and

originally
manufactured
with
one
door
on
the
driver’s
side
of

the
vehicle,
one
door
on
the
passenger’s
side
of
the
vehicle,

and
a
front
bumper
that
sits
eight
inches
from
the
ground
or
7
less.

may
display
one
registration
plate
on
the
rear

of
the
vehicle
if
the
other
registration
plate
issued
to
the

vehicle
is
carried
in
the
vehicle
at
all
times
when
the
vehicle

is
operated
on
a
public
highway.

Current
law
permits
motor
vehicles
which
are
model
year
24
1948
or
older,
or
reconstructed
or
specially
constructed
to

resemble
a
model
year
1948
vehicle
or
older,
other
than
a
truck

registered
for
more
than
five
tons,
autocycle,
motorcycle,
or
27
truck
tractor,
to
display
one
registration
plate
on
the
rear
28
of
the
vehicle
if
the
other
registration
plate
issued
to
the
29
vehicle
is
carried
in
the
vehicle
at
all
times
when
the
vehicle
30
is
operated
on
a
public
highway.

This
bill
applies
that
provision
to
sports
cars
and
antique
32
vehicles.
The
bill
defines
“sports
car”
to
mean
a
vehicle
33
capable
of
exceeding
130
miles
per
hour
and
originally

manufactured
with
one
door
on
the
driver’s
side
of
the
vehicle,
