H.F. 2202 Section 1. Section 124E.2, subsection 2, Code 2018, is 1 amended by adding the following new paragraph: 2 NEW PARAGRAPH . j. Post-traumatic stress disorder. 3 EXPLANATION 4 The inclusion of this explanation does not constitute agreement with 5 the explanation’s substance by the members of the general assembly. 6 This bill adds post-traumatic stress disorder to the list 7 of debilitating medical conditions for which a health care 8 practitioner may issue a written certification to a patient 9 for a medical cannabidiol registration card under the medical 10 cannabidiol Act (Code chapter 124E). 11 -1- LSB 5489YH (3) 87 ss/rh 1/ 1
