REPEAL.
2014
Iowa
Acts,
chapter
1123,
section
1
23,
is
repealed.

The
inclusion
of
this
explanation
does
not
constitute
agreement
with

the
explanation’s
substance
by
the
members
of
the
general
assembly.

In
2014,
the
general
assembly
amended
Code
section
321.187
6
to
allow
the
department
of
transportation
to
designate
7
third-party
testers
to
administer
the
driving
skills
tests
8
required
for
a
commercial
driver’s
license.
Under
the
terms
of
9
the
legislation,
the
amended
language
is
set
to
be
repealed
in
10
2019.
This
bill
repeals
the
future
repeal
provision.
