H.F. 108 Section 1. SUBSTANCE ABUSE RECOVERY COMMUNITY 1 ORGANIZATIONS. There is appropriated from the general fund 2 of the state, to supplement moneys received from the federal 3 access to recovery grant, to the department of public health 4 for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2017, and ending June 30, 5 2018, the following amount, or so much thereof as is necessary, 6 to be used for the purposes designated: 7 For the department to establish one or more substance abuse 8 recovery community organizations in the state: 9 . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $ 200,000 10 EXPLANATION 11 The inclusion of this explanation does not constitute agreement with 12 the explanation’s substance by the members of the general assembly. 13 This bill appropriates moneys from the general fund of the 14 state to the department of public health for FY 2017-2018 15 for the department to establish one or more substance abuse 16 recovery community organizations in the state.
