S.F. _____ Section 1. Section 249A.4B, subsection 2, Code 2016, is 1 amended by adding the following new paragraph: 2 NEW PARAGRAPH . 0g. The state long-term care ombudsman or 3 the ombudsman’s designee. 4 Sec. 2. Section 249A.4B, subsection 3, paragraph a, Code 5 2016, is amended by adding the following new subparagraph: 6 NEW SUBPARAGRAPH .
