WORKGROUP.
The

departments
of
human
services,
education,
and
public
health
are

requested
to
facilitate
a
workgroup
of
stakeholders
to
study
3
and
make
recommendations
relating
to
children’s
health
and
4
well-being
in
this
state.
The
issues
that
may
be
considered
5
by
the
workgroup
include
developing
a
strategic
plan
for
data
6
systems
to
provide
an
overview
of
health
and
well-being
of
7
children
in
this
state;
creating
a
comprehensive
system
of
8
care
for
children
that
incorporates
a
coordinated
response
9
to
adverse
childhood
experiences
across
many
disciplines
10
including
education,
public
health,
mental
health,
child
11
welfare,
and
child
welfare
systems
and
services;
building
12
interdepartmental
awareness
of
adverse
childhood
experiences
13
and
creating
interdepartmental
strategies
for
helping
improve
14
child
health
and
well-being
and
understanding
impacts
on
15
education
and
employment
outcomes;
examining
child
care
16
quality
and
affordability;
and
determining
how
government
17
can
create
community
partnerships
to
help
address
issues
of
18
child
well-being.
The
workgroup
shall
submit
a
report
on
the
19
study
and
make
recommendations
to
the
governor
and
the
general
20
assembly
on
or
before
December
15,
2015.

bill
requests
the
