dropouts”

resident
pupils
who
have

a
public

nonpublic
school
in
any
of
grades

seven
kindergarten
through
twelve
who
withdrew
from
school

for
a
reason
other
than
transfer
to
another
school
or
school

district
and
who
subsequently
enrolled
in
a
public
school
in

the
district.

is
amended
to
read
as
follows:

dropouts”
are
resident
pupils
who
are
enrolled

who
demonstrate
poor
school
adjustment
as

indicated
by
two
or
more
of
the
following:

expands
the
definitions
of
returning
dropouts

dropouts

programs

services;

plans,

budgets,
and
appropriate
uses
of
funding
for
such
programs
and
21
services;
and
for
requests
for
and
use
of
modified
supplemental
22
amounts
for
such
programs
and
services.
