credits

veterans

The
bill
amends

the
definition
of
veteran
to
include
members
of
the
reserve

forces
of
the
United
States
and
of
the
national
guard
who
have
6
served
at
least
one
year
of
the
service
commitment
and
are
7
eligible
for,
or
have
exhausted,
federal
education
benefits
for
8
veterans.
