monitor,
and
maintain
the

mobile
architecture
for
communications
handling

computer
software,
or
any
other
form
of
collaborative
command

and
control
computer
software.

The
inclusion
of
this
explanation
does
not
constitute
agreement
with

members

the
general
assembly.

This
bill
establishes
the
authority
of
the
statewide

interoperable
communications
system
board
over
the
operation

of
the
state’s
mobile
architecture
for
communications
handling

(MACH)
software.
The
bill
also
establishes
the
authority
of
13
the
statewide
interoperable
communications
system
board
over
14
the
state’s
future
use
of
any
other
form
of
collaborative
15
command
and
control
software.
