of
the
federal
poverty

who

for
at

per
week
in
the
aggregate,

or
are
participating

satisfactory

in
an

approved
training
program
or
educational
program
receive
wait

list
priority
over
families
with
an
income
level
at
or
below

200
percent
of
the
federal
poverty
level
whose
members
are

employed
at

with
a
special
needs
child.

The
bill
gives
eligible

with

special
