REPEAL.
Section
602.9110,
Code
2016,
is

repealed.

The
inclusion
of
this
explanation
does
not
constitute
agreement
with

the
explanation’s
substance
by
the
members
of
the
general
assembly.

This
bill
repeals
Code
section
602.9110
which
provides
that

no
annuity
from
the
judicial
retirement
system
shall
be
paid
7
to
any
person,
except
a
survivor,
if
the
person
is
serving
as
a
8
state
officer
or
employee.
