relates
to
financial
and
regulatory
matters
by

supplementing
appropriations
for
the
fiscal
year
beginning
July

by
making

appropriations.
The
bill
is

organized
into
divisions.

HEALTH
AND
HUMAN
SERVICES.
This
division
supplements
7
an
appropriation
from
the
general
fund
of
the
state
to
the
8
department
of
health
and
human
services
for
the
fiscal
year
9
that
begins
July
1,
2015,
for
medical
assistance
program
10
reimbursement
and
associated
costs.
The
supplemental
11
appropriation
is
$80
million,
and
nonreversion
provisions
are
12
made
applicable.

The
division
is
effective
upon
enactment.

DEPARTMENT
OF
CORRECTIONS.
This
division
supplements

an
appropriation
from
the
general
fund
of
the
state
to
the

department
of
corrections
for
the
fiscal
year
that
begins

2015,
for
general
administration.
The
supplemental

appropriation
is
$1.9
million.
The
division
provides
that

priority
in
allocating
the
funds
shall
be
to
supplement
other

amounts
separately
appropriated
for
the
operation
of
the
Mount

Pleasant
and
Clarinda
correctional
facilities.
Nonreversion

provisions
are
made
applicable.

The

deducted
from
appropriations
made
to
the
rebuild

infrastructure

and
