S.F. 106 Section 1. MEDICAID HOME AND COMMUNITY-BASED SERVICES 1 WAIVER FOR THE ELDERLY —— REIMBURSEMENT INCREASES. For the 2 fiscal year beginning July 1, 2015, and ending June 30, 2016, 3 reimbursement for providers of services and the individual 4 monthly maximum cap under the Medicaid home and community-based 5 services waiver for the elderly shall be increased by 3 percent 6 over the amounts in effect on June 30, 2015. 7 EXPLANATION 8 The inclusion of this explanation does not constitute agreement with 9 the explanation’s substance by the members of the general assembly. 10 This bill provides that for FY 2015-2016, reimbursement for 11 providers of services and the individual monthly maximum cap 12 under the Medicaid home and community-based services waiver for 13 the elderly shall be increased by 3 percent over the amounts in 14 effect on June 30, 2015. 15 -1- LSB 1567XS (3) 86 pf/nh 1/ 1
