H.F. _____ Section 1. Section 20.25, subsection 3, paragraph a, Code 1 2015, is amended to read as follows: 2 a. Accurate accounts of all income and expenses shall be 3 kept, and annual financial report and audit shall be prepared , . 4 such Such accounts shall be open for inspection by any member 5 of individual represented by the organization , . and loans 6 Loans to officers and agents shall be made only on terms and 7 conditions available to all members individuals represented by 8 the organization . 9 EXPLANATION 10 The inclusion of this explanation does not constitute agreement with 11 the explanation’s substance by the members of the general assembly. 12 Current law requires that accounts of income and expenses 13 kept by employee organizations under Code chapter 20, the 14 public employment relations Act, be open for inspection by 15 any member of the organization.
