H.F. 51 Section 1. REIMBURSEMENT —— MEDICAID PROGRAM —— EMERGENCY 1 MEDICAL SERVICE PROVIDERS. For the fiscal year beginning July 2 1, 2015, and ending June 30, 2016, the reimbursement rates for 3 emergency medical service providers shall be increased by 10 4 percent over the rates in effect on June 30, 2015. 5 EXPLANATION 6 The inclusion of this explanation does not constitute agreement with 7 the explanation’s substance by the members of the general assembly. 8 This bill provides that for FY 2015-2016, the reimbursement 9 rates for emergency medical service providers shall be 10 increased by 10 percent over the rates in effect on June 30, 11 2015. 12 -1- LSB 1605YH (3) 86 pf/nh 1/ 1
