such
standard,
each

engaged
in
the

the
person

the
affirmative
consent

engaging
in
the
sexual
activity.
Lack
of
protest

resistance

not
mean

Silence
does

The
bill
provides

that
the
policy
developed,
implemented,
and
disseminated

concerns

assault
including
sexual
abuse,
domestic

and
stalking
involving
a
student,

both
on
and

campus.

The
policy
shall
include
an
affirmative
