H.F. 2217 Section 1. Section 35A.13, Code 2016, is amended by adding 1 the following new subsection: 2 NEW SUBSECTION . 2A. For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 3 2016, and for each fiscal year thereafter through the fiscal 4 year beginning July 1, 2025, there is appropriated from the 5 general fund of the state the sum of two million five hundred 6 thousand dollars for deposit in the trust fund. 7 EXPLANATION 8 The inclusion of this explanation does not constitute agreement with 9 the explanation’s substance by the members of the general assembly. 10 This bill appropriates from the general fund of the state the 11 sum of $2.5 million for deposit in the veterans trust fund for 12 10 fiscal years beginning July 1, 2016. 13 -1- LSB 5622YH (3) 86 ec/rn 1/ 1
