H.F. 216 Section 1. FAMILY FOSTER CARE SERVICE PROVIDERS —— 1 GRANDPARENTS. For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2015, the 2 reimbursement rates for a family foster care service provider 3 who is also the grandparent of the child shall be increased by 4 15 percent over the rates in effect on June 30, 2015. 5 EXPLANATION 6 The inclusion of this explanation does not constitute agreement with 7 the explanation’s substance by the members of the general assembly. 8 This bill provides that for FY 2015-2016, the family foster 9 care service provider rate for a person who is also the 10 grandparent of the child shall be increased by 15 percent over 11 the rates in effect on June 30, 2015. 12 -1- LSB 1352YH (2) 86 pf/nh 1/ 1
