APPROPRIATIONS.
There
is
appropriated
from
the
general
fund

of
the
state
to
the
department
on
aging
for
the
fiscal
year

beginning
July
1,
2013,
and
ending
June
30,
2014,
the
following

amounts,
or
so
much
thereof
as
is
necessary,
to
be
used
for
the

purposes
designated:

bill

advocate

The
bill
makes
appropriations
from
the
general
fund

state
to
the
department
on
aging.

bill
appropriates

$97,000
for
an
additional
local
long-term
care
resident’s

advocate
to
administer
the
certified
volunteer
long-term
care

resident’s
advocate
program
and
$13,000
for
the
certified

volunteer
long-term
care
resident’s
advocate
program.
