Section
1.
Section
135.11,
subsections

Code
2014,

are
amended
to
read
as
follows:

Adopt
rules
which
require
personnel
of
a
licensed

hospice,
of
a
homemaker-home
health
aide
provider
agency
which

receives
state
homemaker-home
health
aide
funds,
or
of
an

agency
which
provides
respite
care
services
and
receives
funds

to
complete
a
minimum
of
two
hours
of

concerning

immune
deficiency
