impaired
person

determined

be
missing

a
law
enforcement
agency
and
the
law
enforcement
agency

notifies
the
department
requesting
that
a
description
of
the

missing
person
be
displayed
on
the
dynamic
message
signs

maintained
by
the
department,
the
department
shall
display
such

description
on
the
dynamic
message
signs
throughout
the
state.

This
bill
relates
to
displaying
the
descriptive
information

missing
persons

signs

the

missing

agency
and
the
law
enforcement
agency

notifies
the
department
of
transportation
requesting
that
a

the

person

displayed

signs
maintained
by
the
department,
the
bill
requires

the
department
of
transportation
to
display
such
a
description

on
the
dynamic
message
signs
throughout
the
state.
