H.J.R. 8 Section 1. The portions of 441 Iowa administrative code, 1 rule 79.1, subrule 2, which restrict respite care provider 2 reimbursement rates to those rates in effect on November 30, 3 2009, are nullified. 4 Sec. 2. EFFECTIVE UPON ENACTMENT. This joint resolution, 5 being deemed of immediate importance, takes effect upon 6 enactment. 7 EXPLANATION 8 This joint resolution nullifies portions of an 9 administrative rule adopted by the department of human services 10 limiting reimbursement rates for all types of respite care 11 providers to those rates in effect on November 30, 2009. 12 The joint resolution takes effect upon enactment. 13 -1- LSB 1250HH (1) 85 jr/rj 1/ 1
