that
any

the
pharmacy
violated
such
a
provision.

EXPLANATION

This
bill
provides
that
the
board
of
pharmacy
may
refuse
to
15
issue
or
renew
a
pharmacy
license,
or
may
impose
a
fine,
issue
16
a
reprimand,
or
revoke,
restrict,
cancel,
or
suspend
a
license,
17
and
may
place
a
licensee
on
probation,
if
the
board
finds
that
18
the
applicant
or
licensee
has
violated
the
privacy
requirements
19
of
the
federal
Health
Insurance
Portability
and
Accountability
20
Act.
