The
department
shall
notify
an
employer
each
time
the

is
reported
to
the
department
as
an
employer
contact

by
an
individual
claiming
benefits.
The
notification
shall

include
the
name
of
the
individual,
the
date
of
the
employer

contact,
and
any
position
applied
for.

EXPLANATION

This
bill
requires
the
department
of
workforce
development
12
to
notify
an
employer
each
time
the
employer
is
reported
to
the
13
department
as
an
employer
contact
by
an
individual
claiming
14
unemployment
compensation
benefits.
The
notification
is
to
15
include
the
name
of
the
individual,
the
date
of
the
employer
16
contact,
and
any
position
applied
for.
The
bill
exempts
this
17
information
from
the
confidentiality
requirements
of
the
18
unemployment
compensation
program
to
the
extent
required
to
19
implement
the
bill.
