H.F. 452 Section 1. Section 1C.1, Code 2013, is amended by adding the 1 following new subsection: 2 NEW SUBSECTION . 5A. Juneteenth Day, the third Monday in 3 June. 4 Sec. 2. Section 1C.2, subsection 1, Code 2013, is amended by 5 adding the following new paragraph: 6 NEW PARAGRAPH . 0d.
