H.F. 253 Section 1. Section 256I.5, subsection 1, paragraph b, Code 1 2013, is amended to read as follows: 2 b. Regular audits every three years and other requirements 3 of fiscal agents for area boards. 4 EXPLANATION 5 This bill relates to early childhood Iowa initiative 6 requirements for area boards. 7 Code section 256I.5 requires the department of management 8 to adopt rules in consultation with the early childhood Iowa 9 state board for measures to provide fiscal oversight of the 10 initiative. One of the measures relates to regular audits and 11 other requirements of fiscal agents for area boards.
