$500,000
of
the
moneys
appropriated

the
department

corrections
for
the
operation
of
Fort

Madison
for
fiscal
year
2013-2014

be
used
for
the
remodel

of
the
relocated
John
Bennett
facility
and
the
demolition
of

the
existing
farm
bunkhouse
adjacent
to
the
newly
constructed

Fort
Madison
correctional
facility.

bill
allows

unencumbered
