are
amended
to
read
as
follows:

a.
The
state
hourly
wage
shall
be
at
least
$6.20
as
of
April
3
1,
2007,
and
$7.25
as
of
January
1,
2008
,
$8.25
as
of
January
4
1,
2016,
$9.25
as
of
January
1,
2017,
and
$10.25
as
of
January
5
1,
2018
.

d.
An
employer
is
not
required
to
pay
an
employee
the

applicable
state
hourly
wage
provided
in
paragraph
“a”
until
the
8
employee
has
completed
ninety
calendar
days
of
employment
with
9
the
employer.
An
employee
who
has
completed
ninety
calendar
10
days
of
employment
with
the
employer
prior
to
April
1,
2007,
or
11
January
1,
2008,
shall
earn
the
applicable
state
hourly
minimum
12
wage
as
of
that
the
date
of
completion
.
An
employer
shall
13
pay
an
employee
who
has
not
completed
ninety
calendar
days
of
14
employment
with
the
employer
an
hourly
wage
of
at
least
$5.30

as
of
April
1,
2007,
and
$6.35
as
of
January
1,
2008
,
$7.35
as

of
January
1,
2016,

as
of

bill
increases
the
state

minimum
hourly
wage
for
employees
employed
for
less
than
90
25
days
to
$7.35
as
of
January
1,
2016,
to
$8.35
as
of
January
1,
26
2017,
and
to
$9.35
as
of
January
1,
2018.
