H.F. 2155 Section 1. Section 8A.362, subsection 3, Code 2014, is 1 amended by adding the following new paragraph: 2 NEW PARAGRAPH . c. The director shall require that a 3 state-assigned motor vehicle with a fifth-wheel connection 4 shall only be lubricated using biodegradable grease that does 5 not contain petroleum. 6 EXPLANATION 7 The inclusion of this explanation does not constitute agreement with 8 the explanation’s substance by the members of the general assembly. 9 This bill requires the director of the department of 10 administrative services to require that state-assigned motor 11 vehicles with a fifth-wheel connection use biodegradable grease 12 for purposes of lubrication. 13 -1- LSB 5595HH (2) 85 ec/rj 1/ 1
