H.F. 2121 Section 1. 2013 Iowa Acts, chapter 138, section 159, 1 subsection 1, paragraph p, is amended to read as follows: 2 p. For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2014, the upper 3 limits on reimbursement rates for providers of home and 4 community-based services waiver services shall be the limits in 5 effect on June 30, 2014 , increased by 3 percent . 6 EXPLANATION 7 The inclusion of this explanation does not constitute agreement with 8 the explanation’s substance by the members of the general assembly. 9 This bill provides that for FY 2014-2015, the upper limits on 10 reimbursement rates for providers of home and community-based 11 services waiver services are the limits in effect on June 30, 12 2014, increased by 3 percent. 13 -1- LSB 5515HH (5) 85 pf/nh 1/ 1
