H.F. 2067 Section 1. Section 483A.7, Code 2014, is amended by adding 1 the following new subsection: 2 NEW SUBSECTION . 4. A person who is issued a youth spring 3 wild turkey hunting license and does not take a wild turkey 4 during the youth spring wild turkey hunting season may use 5 the wild turkey hunting license and unused tag during any 6 other wild turkey hunting season that is established by the 7 commission. 8 EXPLANATION 9 The inclusion of this explanation does not constitute agreement with 10 the explanation’s substance by the members of the general assembly. 11 This bill provides that a person who is issued a youth spring 12 wild turkey hunting license and does not take a wild turkey 13 during the youth spring wild turkey hunting season may use the 14 license and unused tag during any other wild turkey hunting 15 season that is established by the natural resource commission. 16 -1- LSB 5048HV (2) 85 da/rj 1/ 1
