H.F. 2058 Section 1. NEW SECTION . 17A.6B Agency fees internet site 1 —— notice. 2 1. Each agency shall make available to the public a 3 user-friendly fees database, published on an internet site, 4 concerning fees imposed and collected by the agency. 5 2. The agency’s fees internet site shall also provide 6 enhanced notice of modifications in fees collected by the 7 agency that are adopted by rule. Enhanced notice shall also 8 include provision for notifying interested parties of fee 9 modifications by mail or electronic communication. 10 EXPLANATION 11 The inclusion of this explanation does not constitute agreement with 12 the explanation’s substance by the members of the general assembly. 13 This bill requires each state agency to establish a 14 user-friendly fees database on an internet site.
