H.F. 197 Section 1. Section 231D.3, subsection 7, Code 2013, is 1 amended to read as follows: 2 7. Certification of an adult day services program shall 3 be for two three years unless revoked for good cause by the 4 department. 5 Sec. 2. Section 231D.4, subsection 2, paragraph b, 6 subparagraphs (1) and (2), Code 2013, are amended to read as 7 follows: 8 (1) For a two-year three-year initial certification, seven 9 hundred fifty dollars. 10 (2) For a two-year three-year recertification, one thousand 11 dollars. 12 EXPLANATION 13 This bill extends the initial certification and 14 recertification periods for adult day services from two to 15 three years.
