Any funds and premiums collected by the department for 8 workers’ compensation shall be segregated into a separate 9 workers’ compensation fund in the state treasury to be used 10 for payment of state employees’ workers’ compensation claims 11 and administrative costs. DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES —— TRANSFER 17 —— MEDICATION THERAPY MANAGEMENT PROGRAM. Contingent upon the 18 enactment of legislation during the 2012 legislative session 19 establishing a medication therapy management program, there is 20 transferred from the fees collected by the board of pharmacy 21 pursuant to chapter 155A and retained by the board pursuant to 22 the authority granted in section 147.82 to the department of 23 administrative services for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 24 2012, and ending June 30, 2013, $510,000 to be used for the 25 medication therapy management program. 26 Sec. 3. 2011 Iowa Acts, chapter 127, section 65, is amended 27 to read as follows: 28 SEC. 65.
