Members of the general assembly serving as members of 14 the deferred compensation advisory board shall be entitled 15 to receive per diem and necessary travel and actual expenses 16 pursuant to section 2.10, subsection 5, while carrying out 17 their official duties as members of the board. 18 3. Any funds and premiums collected by the department for 19 workers’ compensation shall be segregated into a separate 20 workers’ compensation fund in the state treasury to be used 21 for payment of state employees’ workers’ compensation claims 22 and administrative costs.
