made
pursuant

Iowa
Acts,
chapter

to
the
appropriations
made
for
the
following

designated
purposes,
there
is
appropriated
from
the
general

fund
of
the
state
to
the
office
of
the
state
public
defender
of

the
department
of
inspections
and
appeals
for
the
fiscal
year
